Die Deutsche Windtechnik hat von der RWE Innogy den Zuschlag für die Montage von 97 wetterbeständigen Höhensicherungsgeräten des Herstellers Capital Safety erhalten.

Bereits seit einigen Wochen installieren die Monteure des herstellerunabhängigen Service-Unternehmens die speziell für den Offshore-Einsatz entwickelte Apparatur an den 48 Jackup-Fundamenten sowie am Umspannwerk des Offshore-Windparks Nordsee Ost. Die Montage erfolgt zum einen im Überseehafen von Bremerhaven, zum anderen Offshore an den bereits gesetzten Fundamenten. „Etwa die Hälfte der Geräte sind bisher ausgeliefert. Es geht zügig voran“, zieht Jens Landwehr, Leiter Technik der Deutschen Windtechnik Rotor und Turm, eine Zwischenbilanz.

Spezielle Sicherheitsanforderungen beim Boatlanding

Das Höhensicherungsgerät „Sealed Blok“ von Capital Safety ist eine besondere Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA), die dem Mitarbeiter beim „Boatlanding“ – dem Übergang vom Schiff über die Leiter auf die Plattform der Windenergieanlage (WEA) – größten Schutz vor Absturz und der Gefahr des Ertrinkens bietet. Das korrosionsbeständige System aus Edelstahl bringt alle Voraussetzungen für den zuverlässigen Einsatz auf dem Meer mit: „Da Abroll- und Bremsmechanik separat gekapselt sind, können weder Feuchtigkeit noch Schmutz eindringen und die Funktionen beeinträchtigen. Das erhöht die Sicherheit und verringert gleichzeitig den Wartungsaufwand“, beschreibt Stefan Haase, Country Manager Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz bei Capital Safety, die Offshore-Eignung des Höhensicherungsgerätes. So sei aufgrund der Kapselung jährlich nur eine einfache Sicht- und Funktionsprüfung erforderlich, erst nach fünf Jahren eine Revision. Üblicherweise müssen Höhensicherheitsgeräte einmal im Jahr komplett demontiert und gewartet werden.

Sämtliche Bestandteile zertifiziert

Um das Höhensicherungsgerät am Jackup optimal zu positionieren, montiert die Deutsche Windtechnik im ersten Arbeitsschritt eigens für diesen Zweck konzipierte „Davit-Ausleger“ am oberen Ende der Jackup-Leitern. Das Höhensicherungsgerät wird dann direkt am Davit-Ausleger angeschlagen, sodass es mit seinem auf 15 m ausziehbaren Edelstahlseil immer senkrecht über dem Anwender steht. „Der Davit-Ausleger ist eine Sonderanfertigung für RWE Innogy, die gemeinsam von Capital Safety und uns entwickelt wurde. Unsere Erfahrungen im Bereich Anlagensicherheit und unsere Normenkenntnisse haben entscheidend zum Erfolg der Zertifizierung beigetragen“, beschreibt Jens Landwehr das Vorgehen. Auch die anderen Bestandteile des Systems „Sealed Blok“ sind entsprechend der dafür gültigen Normen zertifiziert.

Offshore-Windpark Nordsee Ost

RWE Innogy baut rund 35 km nördlich von der Insel Helgoland den Offshore-Windpark Nordsee Ost. In Wassertiefen von bis zu 25 m sollen insgesamt 48 Windturbinen des Hersteller REpower errichtet werden. Nach seiner Inbetriebnahme soll das Kraftwerk auf hoher See über eine Gesamtleistung von 295 MW verfügen.

Die NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank ist mit dem „Marine Money Offshore Award“ ausgezeichnet worden. Der Preis wurde in der Kategorie „Leasing Deal of the Year“ für die Finanzierung des Errichterschiffs „Vidar“ vergeben. Der internationale Baukonzern HOCHTIEF lässt das Kran-Hubschiff,  das für den Bau von Offshore-Windkraftanlagen eingesetzt werden soll,  bei der polnischen Crist-Werft bauen.

Die NORD/LB hat die Transaktion im Rahmen eines Club-Deals, an dem insgesamt vier Banken beteiligt waren, mitstrukturiert und dabei die Rolle des Paying Agent übernommen. Sie stellt zudem ein Drittel des Fremdfinanzierungsvolumens zur Verfügung.

In beiden Bereichen verfügen wir über eine langjährige Expertise. Der wachsende Markt für Offshore-Wind¬energie bietet auch zukünftig interessante Geschäftsperspektiven für unser Haus.“

Der Marine Money Offshore Award wird von Marine Money vergeben, einem der wichtigsten Informationsnetzwerke im Bereich der Schiffsfinanzierung. Die jährliche Prämierung der „Deals of the Year“ gilt als eine besondere und anerkannte Auszeichnung in der globalen Schiffsfinanzierungsbranche.
